Intern Program

The Office of Capital and Forensic Writs accepts student interns and law clerks in the Fall, Spring, and Summer. The OCFW gives preference to students who are interested in death penalty defense litigation. OCFW internships and clerkships are unpaid but offer the opportunity to work directly with staff on legal issues and fact investigation.

Law Student Clerkships:

We welcome the applications of talented, committed law students as law clerks/externs during summer and semester periods. We consider applications on a rolling basis. More information may be found here.
