Litigation Supervisor

OCFW welcomes applications from talented attorneys interested in joining the office as a Litigation Supervisor.  Ideal candidates would have prior experience in capital or post-conviction litigation (including forensic science challenges), exhibit creativity and skill in litigation, and be committed to client-centered, excellent post-conviction representation. The person filling this role will supervise OCFW litigation in both capital and non-capital cases, with a focus on written and appellate advocacy. More information may be found here.

Post-Conviction Attorney (Capital Practice)

OCFW is hiring a staff attorney to represent death-sentenced clients in capital post-conviction proceedings in Texas. More information may be found here.  

Post-Conviction Attorney (Forensic Science Practice)

OCFW is hiring a staff attorney to represent incarcerated clients in cases where the forensic science used to convict was tainted by negligence or misconduct. More information may be found here.
