Titus Levy

Prior to joining the Office of Capital and Forensic Writs, Titus Levy worked as a defense investigator for the Bronx Defenders, a public defender office that provides criminal, civil and family court representation and legal services in Bronx, New York. While there, Titus managed the investigation of serious felony cases, including several homicides, interviewed witnesses and conducted background investigation. Titus is fluent in Spanish, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Macalester College, and has been published by the Journal of Human Rights, a peer-reviewed academic journal published by the University of Connecticut.
